Participation Details
1. Date & Time
Thursday, 12th November, 2026 — Tee-off at 8:00 a.m.
Pairings and tee times will be determined by the Oseal Golf Organising Committee.

3.Registration Fee
iii)    USD250.00 per person. (Ringgit Malaysia RM1,000) The registration fee includes: green fee (with cart and caddy), locker fee, breakfast & Lunch and a participation souvenir bag (American Size t-shirt & 1 tube of Golf Ball)
iv)    Number of Participants: Proposed 12 groups (52 people). 
v)     Application Deadline: Strictly adhere to the deadline of September 1, 2026

4.How to Apply

For Malaysian Golfer, Please whatsapp to following HP(012-4885538) to get Domestic Registration Form.
Individual participants are also welcome.(Please indicate your NHS handicap, hotel accommodation on the Golf Registration form)

5. Payment Method
vii)  Payment will be made to bank account of “63rd Oseal Forum Penang” as stated in Section (8) below.

6. Rental of Golf Sets
viii) Rental of Golf Sets are available on first come first basis. No sharing of Golf sets for each player. Please refer to Section (8) below. 

7.Rules
 i. Game to be played on 18-hole Stableford System 36.
ii. In case of a tie, the player with the higher handicap or older age will win.
iii. Within the “through the green” area, a 6-inch ball replacement is allowed.
iv. On the green, “one grip” take (puts within one grip length are considered holed).
v. Please proceed in accordance with other local rules

(8) Payment details
(i) Golf Registration Fee  – USD250.00 per person (Ringgit Malaysia 1,000.00)
(ii) Rental of Golf set – USD50.00 per set.(Ringgit Malaysia 200.00)
